Pro 6 Cycle Inc. ensures customer satisfaction and will accept exchanges on apparel for a different size within a 2-week window from the date of purchase. All special ordered items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please feel free visit us in store to try on any of our items before deciding!
To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@pro6cycle.com within 2 weeks of receipt. The cost of shipping for size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Exchange of items is also available in store. In the rare event that you receive an item with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 2 days of receipt for assistance.
All claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that you keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. It is the responsibility of the customer to initiate any claims with the carrier.
