Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping to customers located within Canada.

Please contact the shop for large tire orders (anything above 6 tires) instead of purchasing online. In these cases, shipping will be calculated based on the current rates and you will only be charged what the carrier requires.

Online purchases will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, or GLS, at the discretion of Pro 6 Cycle Inc.

You can expect to see your order in 2-5 business days after the order is received. Occasionally some items may not be available in our local warehouse and have to be ordered from a supplier increasing the delivery time frame. 

Dunlop race tires will not be shipped to areas in which we have Race tire sub-distributors, specifically Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, P.E.I., British Columbia, and Quebec. Please see our sub-distributors contact information under the “Dunlop Tires” section to contact them directly to order.

Dunlop racing tires, including rain tires and DOT race tires, will not be shipped during low temperatures to avoid freeze damage during transit.

All claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that you keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. It is the responsibility of the customer to initiate any claims with the carrier.

Any purchases that are refused and returned to Pro 6 Cycle are deemed non-deliverable and subject to a restocking fee, all shipping costs and, in certain cases, our final sale policy.
